The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is located off the large, open great room with living room, dining room and feature stone fireplace adjacent. This gem has the entire upper floor for the master suite, which includes a fireplace as well as a private balcony. The main floor has 1 queen bedroom with en-suite, as well as 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds and en-suite.

On the main floor, you'll also find a study/den/tv room complete with queen sofa bed and fireplace. The lower floor has 1 queen bedroom with en-suite and media/entertainment room. The media/entertainment room, which opens onto an outdoor patio, includes a fireplace, sectional sofa, bar kitchen, dishwasher and beer keg fridge/dispenser. The patio offers a beautiful view of Nicklaus North Golf Course's 12th fairway as you sit next to open fire pit and small peaceful waterfall pond. A large outdoor cooking grill is on another balcony with stunning mountain views off the Great Room.

There is a double car garage for secured parking and two other spots in the driveway entering the garage.

• Each additional person over the stated occupancy is CAD $30.00 per night plus applicable taxes
• A maximum of 1 roll-away bed per property is allowed for CAD $16.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Properties with a sofa bed will not accommodate a roll-away bed. The price for roll-away beds after July 1, 2010 will be subject to 12% HST
