The media/entertainment room, which opens onto an outdoor patio, includes a fireplace, sectional sofa, bar kitchen, dishwasher and beer keg fridge/dispenser. The patio offers a beautiful view of Nicklaus North Golf Course's 12th fairway as you sit next to open fire pit and small peaceful waterfall pond. A large outdoor cooking grill is on another balcony with stunning mountain views off the Great Room. There is a double car garage for secured parking and two other spots in the driveway entering the garage.

• Each additional person over the stated occupancy is CAD $30.00 per night plus applicable taxes
• A maximum of 1 roll-away bed per property is allowed for CAD $16.00 per night plus applicable taxes. Properties with a sofa bed will not accommodate a roll-away bed. The price for roll-away beds after July 1, 2010 will be subject to 12% HST
